Social Readjustment Rating ScaleThe Holmes and Rahe Social Readjustment Rating Scale measures the amount of stress from major life events and there impact on a person's health. It was developed in 1967 using only male subjects. Therefore, it may not equally apply to women. It's primary benefits are as an aid in identifying your areas of stress and as an indicator of your level of stress balance versus overload.
